Sex and hip hop music is often seen intertwined in today’s popular culture and both seem to headline Las Vegas VIP entertainment in January thanks to the infamous AVN (Adult Video News also know as "porn convention") Magazine Awards and big names in hip hop dropping by. AVN official after party will be held at Palms.
First up is Wil. I. Am. of the Black Eyed Peas performing at Pure on Friday January 1^st.  The frontman of the platinum selling group will be performing hits off the latest BEP album “The E.N.D.” and his solo release “Songs About Girls”.  The hip hop don’t stop there either.  The legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff will man the wheels of steel at Rain for DJ Z Trip’s Revolution on the same night.  DJ Z Trip strikes again a week later with his revolution as he brings yet another legend out of the wood work with bay area rapper Too $hort at Rain on Friday the 8^th.  Pure ups its VIP sexiness as it brings in Penthouse Pet of the Year Taylor Vixen to host the Penthouse Model Search Finals also on the 8th.  Taylor Vixen can be also be seen with less clothing in the September Issue of Penthouse where she was showcased as Pet of the Month.  Every January since 1984 the AVN Awards has been bringing its biggest and brightest stars to Las Vegas nightlife
