As the month of
May ushers in the sunshine and bikini season in Las Vegas, the
nightlife heats up on The Strip as well!
Pure at
Caesars
puts the life in nightlife this month with celebrity hosts and
performers Nicole Scherzinger of the
Pussy Cat Dolls on Saturday May 8th, and Ludacris on Saturday May
15th. Scherzinger is no stranger to the stage as the lead singer of
the popular girl group and most recently as the contestant to beat
on ABC’s Dancing With the Stars. She has showcased her vocal and
dancing talents over the years and is sure to put on a steamy, high
energy show for the packed crowds at
Pure.
Rapper and actor Ludacris follows Scherzinger’s performance the
following weekend as he takes on the Las Vegas Strip. AKA
Christopher Bridges the actor has made quite a name for himself in
several notable movies such as “Gamer”, “RocknRolla” and Oscar
winner “Crash”, but Ludacris the performer will take
Pure by
storm as he rocks the crowds with the beats we first loved about
him. Expect some old favorites as well as some tracks off of his new
album "Battle of the Sexes". If famous rappers get your booty
bouncing head on over to
LAX on
Saturday May 29th for Snoop Dogg’s live performance as he breaks off
a few of his latest tracks from his new album "More Mallace" as well
as a few classics. Snoop is always a crowd
favorite and
LAX will be no exception on the 29th. Now what about the pool
action this month? Every pool on the Strip has sexy bodies and
reality stars but on Friday May 14th Ditch Fridays at the Palms Pool
and Bungalows offers up DJ Jazzy Jeff to the crowds for a set of old
school favorites, and then heads into Rain
that same night to work off the sunburn. Best known as Will Smith’s goofy sidekick from
Philly on “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”, DJ Jazzy Jeff has kept his
career in motion by helping Smith with his own rap songs and
perfecting his DJ skills to sold out crowds, as it will surely be at
the Palms.
As huge crowds descend upon Las Vegas Memorial Day weekend (May
28th, 29th and 30th), be prepared for long lines, higher bottle and
cover prices and less availability for VIP service. Contact us as
soon as you can to help you with your VIP Memorial Day plans! On a
final note this month, the Las Vegas nightlife scene lost popular
club Prive at
Planet Hollywood in April. After several legal problems, the
club could not renew their lease with the hotel.
