The Ultimate Vegas Bachelor Party Guide

One cannot talk about bachelor parties without mentioning Vegas, and for a good reason. Going crazy in Las Vegas is common practice with so many thrills perfect for a group guys; however, if the groom ends up on a rooftop or at the ER then you have probably over done it, but you get the idea.
With more things to plan than you can probably remember it’s easy to get overwhelmed. But fear not, we have created the ultimate guide for the perfect bachelor party in Vegas.

THE GUEST LIST

Ask the groom two questions: who just cannot miss the party, and who should be there but is not indispensable. It’s pretty hard to come up with a date that works for a group of say 8 people, so come up with a date that works for the closest friends and then see who else can tag along.

Word of advice: you only want people who you are comfortable with, there’s nothing worse than feeling awkward the whole time you are in Vegas.

WHEN’S THE BEST TIME TO GO?

Take into account your hotel budget: holidays are the most expensive for nightly rates, and just about any weekend will be at least double the midweek rates. Keep in mind however that pool parties and nightclubs are the most fun during weekends and are mostly closed midweek. Big conventions and sporting events will also increase rates, so take a look at this rate calendar just to get an idea of which days would be cheaper around the time you are thinking of going (a cheaper night in this rate calendar generally means the whole Strip is also cheaper).

PARTY BUDGET

Before you plan the specifics, it’s probably a good idea to get together with the other guests and set a ballpark of what you can afford to spend as a whole (traditionally, the groom doesn’t pay a dime).

Now, it’s time to plan your ultimate Vegas Bachelor Party!

POOL PARTIES (Mid-March – early October)

If the Bachelor party is taking place during pool season then you have to visit at least one pool party. There are at least a dozen, so you might be asking yourself which one.

Encore Beach Club: This is one of the classiest and fanciest pool parties, but it is no less crazy or fun! The most popular DJs here are Avicii, David Guetta and Kaskade. Since you are bringing a big group of men you definitely need to reserve a table, that way you get expedited entry and your own private spot to party and hang out. Like any other pool party, it gets really packed and drinks are pricey (starting at $15 for a beer, plus $50 cover charge); therefore, you might as well request bottle service by contacting a host beforehand. As a plus, ladies will be happy to come over to your table/cabana to chat and dance. The bottle service minimum depends on the day, DJ headliner and group size; just like hotel rates, holidays and busy weekends will be more expensive but expect it to be anywhere between $1000-3000.

Other good choices: Wet Republic and Daylight.

FOR THE ADRENALINE JUNKIES

Battlefield Vegas: If you are looking to get an adrenaline rush then you need to visit this gun range which has been rated #1 on TripAdvisor for many years. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly with first timers, plus they have a great selection of weapons to choose from. Packages start at $100.

Other good choices: Exotics Racing and Circus Circus Bungee jump.

Just like for pool parties, you should contact a host beforehand to reserve a table; these also run between $1000 and $3000. The headlining DJs are Calvin Harris, Afrojack, Showtek and more.

Other good choices: XS, Tao and Light

STRIP CLUBS

Sapphire: Let’s admit it, what’s a bachelor party without a visit to a Strip Club? Sapphire is a massive place with lots of gorgeous dancers from all over the world. You can book a free limo pick-up and no cover at Sapphire and other great strip clubs in Vegas when you complete one of our online booking forms here. So now get planning, it is almost as fun as the party itself! Well, maybe not but the end result is gonna be great.
