Welcome to the biggest playground for bachelor parties, Vegas! What is one of the main attractions? Gambling of course. If you just want to have fun with your party then take note of these tips we have for you.<\/p>\n

WHERE TO PLAY?<\/p>\n

For convenience your party can just gamble at your home base (where you are staying); if you don\u2019t have a player\u2019s card already then you should definitely get one. The advantage of having a player\u2019s card is that if you gamble enough, before leaving for home, you can head to the player\u2019s card desk to see if you qualify for comps on that same trip! Sometimes they will discount buffets or other expenses from your room bill, so make sure you charge everything to your room. Also, your play may warrant comps for future visits, so it\u2019s a win-win. However, remember not to chase comps when playing, only gamble what you can afford to lose.<\/p>\n

Another advantage of gambling where you are staying is that after getting dressed for a night out\u00a0you can head down to the casino and pregame with your party, remember drinks are free, but more on how that works later.<\/p>\n

Every major casino on the Strip is going to be fun and full of action, but we have a few favorites for a bachelor party.<\/p>\n

The Cosmopolitan:<\/a> We said every casino is full of action but the Cosmo is just over the top! Plentiful eye candy and tasty drinks keep the party atmosphere going all day. The Cosmo is a luxury resort so expect minimum bets to be high, around $25.<\/p>\n

New York New York:<\/a> If you are looking for a casino that is fun but easy on your wallet then consider New York New York. Minimum bets are as low as $5!<\/p>\n

WHAT TO PLAY?<\/p>\n

Blackjack: If you want a game with the lowest house edge then Blackjack is the way to go, plus, it\u2019s easy to play. Keep in mind that not all Blackjack tables are the same; a table that pays 3 to 2 (for blackjack or 21) has the best odds, but usually the minimum bet is around $25. Nowadays most tables pay 6 to 5, which give the house a higher advantage; 3 to 2 tables are harder to find but they still exist, just look carefully.<\/p>\n

Craps: Throw the dice and keep cheering! This game is considered by many as the most fun and it is certainly a top choice among bachelor parties, but it is a bit harder to understand. If you want to learn how to play many casinos hold lessons in the morning, which is a great way to get the hang of it.<\/p>\n

TIPPING<\/p>\n

Good news, whether your party is winning or losing money the drinks are still free! It is customary to tip the cocktail waitress a buck for each drink, or you can tip her a $10 bill right from the start and ask her to \u201ckeep the coming\u201d. By doing that she will bring the drinks quicker and less watered down. You can also tip the dealer a chip when you walk away from the table, but make it clear when you do because they cannot take chips forgotten by players.<\/p>\n

One last word of advice: whatever you do, have fun with your buddies! Remember you are there to celebrate a bachelor party so, again, only bet what you can afford to lose. Think of the money you bet as part of entertainment expenses and don’t let it bother you if you don’t win much.<\/p>\n
