Vegas continues to draw in yet another singing diva to add to the already successful residencies of both Britney Spears and Mariah Carey. The Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino gladly confirmed Jennifer Lopez to begin performing shows starting Wednesday, Jan. 20th 2016.

Shortly after the confirming cancellation rumors of the long-time running TV series, American Idol, Jennifer announced her excitement in fulfilling this lifelong dream of her own Vegas show.
In hopes to bring her fans a high-energy performance packed full with her own dancers, hip-hop vibe and of course her ever-increasing charm, this 45-year-old singer has no doubts about delivering an unrivaled show to the Strip.
With Idol now just a memory, Lopez is set in high gear to begin planning and staging what many are sure will be nothing short of yet another Vegas legacy of success.
Only time will tell whether or not Britney and Mariah have something to worry about with this new contender to go up against. With tickets already being sold for the beginning shows and at quick rates, it’s certainly looking that way.
