Guy Fieri has opened his first Las Vegas restaurant, Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar at The Quad Hotel and Casino. Serving up American cuisine for brunch, lunch and dinner, the menu features a variety of burgers, tacos, wings and small plate options. In addition, 16 craft beers are on the menu as well as a selection of wines and cocktails.
