    Hi Ceramic50,

Thank you for letting us help plan your night.

Do you have some ideas of the type of food you would both like before seeing Elton John? If you would like to stay within a budget let us know.

we are pretty much open to any type of food but we don’t care to spend more than 20-30 a plate and although we like Chinese, Thai, Mexican, and other cuisines, it’s the more creative American menus that scare us away lol. We have tickets for absinthe on Sunday evening and penn & Teller Monday evening. Thanks!

For dinner at Caesars you may want to consider:

Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill 3 Star $$$ Pubs
    Sun-Thurs: 11am-11pm; Fri & Sat: 11am-12am  |  Call for Reservation: (877) 346-4642
From the world-famous chef Gordon Ramsay, this authentic casual English Pub brings the best of Britain’s fare to Vegas.

Central Michael Richard 3 Star $$$ American (Traditional)
    24 Hours  |  Call for Reservation: (702) 650-5921
Conveniently located off the main valet, this modern and casual restaurant, with a chocolate bar, fuses the best of American favorites with French flavors.

It’s not much of a walk from Holiday inn. Especially if you stop off for dinner along the way. I think you should try Yard House
    Yard House bar at Linq

Great American food within budget. Reservations: (702) 597-0434
