Even though Bill Maher is a familiar face in Vegas, this political comedian will only be at the Palms for one night in October, so make sure to get your tickets quickly. Everyone knows that Maher likes to rile up his audience with slashes at current events and international politics, so come ready to laugh and—probably—get offended in some way. But remember, it’s all in good fun. Famous for his role as host for HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher, appearances on Saturday Night Live, and books about politics, Maher’s reputation proceeds him. And like most shows, you can expect to be thrown into a hilarious whirlwind of politics and religion in a way that only Bill can tell it.
Even though this show is open to younger audiences, some of the jokes will probably soar over their heads. So, for this one it’s better to leave the kiddos at home and snag a date who will get and appreciate the jokes. Remember, Maher is only scheduled for one night in October, so make the most of it.
