The recent sale of The Cosmopolitan has brought about some bad changes (the highest Resort Fees in town), but also some good ones.
It looks like the top four floors of the East Tower will finally be finished, not just as regular rooms, but as ultra luxury VIP Suites. These will be just below Cosmo’s most exclusive and impossible to reserve offering, the East End Penthouses. If these suites are half as nice as the penthouses a few floors up, Cosmo will have a winner.
