Become a Spartan! On March 19th Spartan Race is coming back to Las Vegas to host an 8+ mile “Super” race at Lost Mine Mountain.

The event will feature over 20 Spartan obstacles which include fire, mud, water, barbed wire and more. The race is very popular among athletes looking for a real challenge; participants are allowed to create teams to help each other overcome the various obstacles, which are not disclosed until athletes see them in the race. In addition to the main race there’s a Kids Race (ages 4-13) on a course their own size; the obstacles are smaller and it is a fun way to inspire children to stay fit at an early age.
If you are a Spartan enthusiast but are not looking to compete, you can also be there as a spectator for $20 ($25 when you pay on-site). The promoters encourage participants to bring family and friends to cheer them, enjoy music, raffles, entertainment, and festival challenges.
