The newest boutique hotel on the Strip, NoMad Las Vegas, is now accepting reservations for dates beginning on October 12. The NoMad concept was developed by the Sydell Group, which has locations in NYC and L.A. It’s designed to evoke a charming residential feel versus a more cookie cutter approach with regards to room design. Each room and suite will feature original artwork curated by a Paris based design firm as well as unique touches throughout, such as pedestal tubs in some of the larger suites.
NoMad replaces Hotel32, which occupied the top floor of the former Monte Carlo, which is now the Park MGM. Not only has NoMad taken over the 32nd floor, but it has been expanded to the top four floors. This will provide space for 292 rooms and suites compared to the 50 given over to Hotel32. However, unlike Hotel32, NoMad will feature its own private pool, restaurant, bar and semi-private casino which aims to be very exclusive. Of course, guests of NoMad will have access to all the perks of Park MGM itself as well as other perks provided to guests within MGM Resorts International, such as being able to room charge from any MGM hotel as well as in-and-out parking privileges. Mlife members also receive extra benefits like room discounts, line passes, limo service and other benefits based on their respective tier.
Only the more basic rooms and suites like the Classic King, Classic Queen, Atelier (a larger version of the Classic King), the Salon Double and Grande Suite are available for booking by the general public at this time. The far larger VIP suites that are located exclusively on the 32nd floor, such as the Grand Premier, NoMad Suite, Suite Royale and their largest and most exclusive room, the Suite Royale Premier are either available by special request or will be released to the public at a later date. When we receive confirmation of this, we will update this article. If the rooms and suites of Hotel32 are any indication, expect immense bathrooms with enormous showers as well as that special “like-home” feeling that NoMad aims to provide to its guests.
