    Itinerary title:Birthday Bash

    Date: 08/11/2016

    Las Vegas trip plans
Travelling to Las Vegas and Arriving at approximately 1030am on August the 11th. There will 18-24 people in our group. This is for a friends birthday. Which is the Friday evening. The age ranges vary from 21-35years of age.

Looking for some tips and ideas for day and night time events. Music wise not into the whole techno. Maybe looking for hip hop and top 40.

Thursday would be a sight seeing day. As only part of our group arrives then and the remaining will arrive on Friday. Old Vegas is something we hope to see on the Thursday. During the evening not sure what we would do during the day. Ghost bar or something similar was also something we were hoping to look into as well.
Any other activities that would be cool for a group to do during the day. We have not began planning looking for as much help and suggestions we can get.

We were hoping to have a nice dinner. Then head to a night clubs or bar for drinks on Friday night.

Saturday in the afternoon looking for a good day party. Then dinner and a show in the evening.

Thank You in advance for your help.

    Hi Steven

    Thursday Daytime
Check-in time is normally around 4 pm so you may want to give your luggage to the Bellmen. The consensus will probably be to settle into to the hotel and hit the pool but if not the case let us know closer to the date.

If you are going to do some site seeing on the strip, make sure to use our Las Vegas Strip Map. It shows you walking distances and whats in each hotel.

Thursday Evening Downtown (AKA “old Vegas”)
Head to Fremont for the famous Light Show. Starts at 9:00 pm and runs every hour throughout the night. If you would like to experience some of the best and newer bars downtown has to offer, head to Fremont East.

Ghostbar is a great option for your groups budget as we have some great bottle deals there. I will email you prices early next week.

    Any food preferences?

    Show
Are you leaning towards anything? Cirque Du Soleil, magic, comedy, music?

Yes, for the Thursday we will probably hang around the pool until we can check in. Is there any sites seeing activities that you recommend?

if you could forward me prices for bottle service at Ghost bar that would be great.

Food preference due to us having a large group would be just regular American food.

Show wise if there is like an interactive show that allows everyone to  be involved.

Any recommendations for a night club on Friday night.

Any recommendations for a pool party on Saturday during the day.

    Thanks !

    Site Seeing

Bellagio fountains are close, I would recommend eating at the cafe at Bellagio or outside at Mon Ami Gabi (if not too hot).

You also might want to check out the new Park at the T-Mobile Arena: The Park.

Not really. There are a few hypnotist shows.

For nightclub Friday and pool party Saturday, do you have an idea of the groups budget?

Group budget for night or pool approximately $200-$300 per person.

    Nightclub

If your group wants top 40 / hip hop. Hyde nightclub, Tao nightclub and Bank nightclub are the best options. Considering the age group I would go with Hyde which is also near to your hotel.
    Pool Party

For any of the top pool parties you will need to be there at 11:00 am sharp (not always easy for everyone to do when out the night before).

Prices can fluctuate so best to confirm again about 10 days before.

I would recommend going with Marquee as it’s right on your step and always puts on a great pool party. A party of 10 guys and 8 girls would be looking at around $4K spend + 33% taxes and tips.

How do the specials at GhostBar look?

Another pool party suggestion… if you want to pay around half the amount and listen to top 40 & hip hop then consider Foxtail at SLS.
